I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in downtown was perfect for exploring the city. The staff was incredibly pleasant and friendly, making me feel like I was staying in a cozy boutique hotel. The room itself was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The marble bathroom with two sinks and a separate tub added an extra touch of luxury to my stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

Rooms are good sized.
The staff was helpful, as well as owner. We liked how convenient it was to barbie expo. The stay was wonderful; nothing too much trouble.

Awesome position.
the venue was set in the central position. we spent our evenings in nearby burger bar crescent enjoying drinks and atmosphere. sincerely, it was a great stay. musee des beaux arts de montreal and other tourist destinations were situated within short walking distance to this place.

Great amenities, including a rooftop pool and a restaurant with a wide selection. Convenient location close to shopping and nightlife. Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
Poor service and unfriendly staff, especially during the busy Christmas season. Room was outdated and in need of renovations.

Perfect location for exploring the city, walking distance to all the main attractions and shops. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that gave us a great restful night's sleep. Another bonus was the friendly staff that went out of their way to make us feel welcome. a great experience that we would highly recommend to anyone visiting the city.
The only minor issue we had was the noise from the street during the night, which made it a bit difficult to sleep. this is to be expected with any city center hotel and did not overshadow our positive experience.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room spacious and clean. I found the breakfast to be a bit on the pricey side, but considering the location of the hotel etc, I suppose it wasn't too bad. The location of the hotel is ideal if you are in Montreal for business or for great shopping.

The rooms are big and plenty of room in the bathroom for 2 personsGood orientation to the hotel by concierge.very much in the centre of shopping and restaurant district.Quiet in the room at night .More nightlife than I require, but it is there if you want it.nice breakfast buffet.Liked the touch of apples in the Foyer.
I like to read in bed,and the bedside lights were not bright enough for this.I Also don't drink coffee in my room and I had to raid the minibar for tea. Also I drink a lot of water and thought it would be an essential in the room.

This hotel has a great central location. Easy to walk to everything, very convenient and friendly staff.
It has a fairly young crowd on weekends that can be loud in the hallways at night as they return to their rooms. They would do well to have security roam the halls more frequently.
